About Denise

I have been quilting for over 20 years and sewing for over 40 years.  I am a retired nurse, childbirth educator and lactation consultant. I am currently a Martha Pullen licensed teacher- specializing in heirloom sewing, beginning sewing, serger techniques, sewing for babies and more.

I am involved in Omaha Days for Girls, making veteran quilts for Moving Vets Forward, wall hangings for the Veteran’s home, making quilts for the Bellevue Senior Center, and fundraiser quilts for schools. I presently make quilts for Helping Hands, to donate to foster children.
